By placing an order on Beeaubling, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3–5 working days from payment confirmation. We do not process orders on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Timeline: Timelines vary by location. We are not liable for delays caused by courier disruptions, natural calamities, or government restrictions.

Coverage: We currently ship pan-India only.

2. Payment Policy

• Prepaid Only: We operate on a strict prepaid-only model.
• No COD: Cash on Delivery is not available.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

3. Order Confirmation & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Modifications to address or products are subject to approval before dispatch. After dispatch, no changes are allowed.

4. No Return, No Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, size issues, or slight color variations due to screen differences.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event of damage, a complete unboxing video (recorded from opening the sealed package) is MANDATORY. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Without a video, claims will be rejected.

6. Non-Delivery & Returns

If a shipment is returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
